The whole estate is yours alone – no second party behind the wall, no strangers at breakfast. Weddings run for four days, corporate events a day or more. And 30 beds, so those closest to you can stay.
Walls that remember three centuries
The mill house dates from 1748, the barns from 1806 and 1885. Three centuries of working farm life and thirteen years of restoration – nothing here is a stage set.
Blekota
A black kitchen where everything is cooked over an open fire. A blacksmith's hearth, tasting evenings, suckling pig in the fireplace. Fire here is not an effect – it is a craft.
An orchard and garden at the end of the road
A plum orchard as the setting for your ceremony, old damson trees and a 160-year-old lime tree at the heart of it all. In June, its blossom scents the whole courtyard.

One price for the whole weekend – no corkage, no line items for chairs, no five-page price list. And the corporate offer? Just as straightforward.

OUR STORY
Thirteen years ago, we bought a half-derelict farmstead at the far end of Javorník. First we made it our home. Then for five years we let the 1885 barn as a holiday cottage – and kept feeling the place could be more.
On 11 June 2025 we started building. On 6 June 2026, the first wedding was held here, with 120 guests. Not finishing was never an option.
Today, Kománkův mlýn is an estate for weddings, corporate events and evenings by the fire. And it is still our home – which is why the place looks the way it does.
